What insurance products can I earn AIR MILES^® reward miles on?

You can now earn AIR MILES^® reward miles on the following Coachman Insurance Company products:

• Automobile
• Homeowners
• Tenant
• Condominium Owners
• General Dwelling Protector
• Commercial Pak
• Business Owner’s Value Pak™

You will earn 1 AIR MILES^® reward mile for every $20 spent on policy premiums, excluding taxes.

I already have Coachman Insurance Company products. How can I earn AIR MILES^® reward miles on them?

You will need your AIR MILES^® collector number and your Coachman Insurance Company policy number. To register your policy to earn AIR MILES^® reward miles call 1-866-417-5577.

Information on how to register your policy to earn AIR MILES^® reward miles is also printed on every Coachman Insurance Company policy cover page. Once your policy is registered, every time it is revised or renewed, you will automatically receive reward miles on your premium amount. I noticed on my last AIR MILES^® statement that I received reward miles from Coachman Insurance Company but then they also took some away. Why?

AIR MILES^® reward miles are issued to Coachman Insurance Company Collectors on the effective date of their policy. If you made any changes to the amount or type of your coverage that decreased the premium amount, reward miles would have been taken away to reflect the reward miles that should have been earned on your revised policy amount.

For example, your insurance premiums were $200/year. Your coverage needs to be changed and your premiums decreased to only $160/year. On your AIR MILES^® statement, you will see 10 reward miles credited from Coachman Insurance Company ($200/1 reward mile for every $20 in premium = 10 reward miles). You will then see a transaction for –2 reward miles. This is a correction to bring your account to the proper number of reward miles issued for $160 in premiums ($160/1 reward mile for every $20 = 8 reward miles). Alternatively, if you increased your coverage (and hence your premiums), you would have received a positive adjustment.

My Coachman Insurance Company policy expires/renews on July 1, 2007. When can I start earning AIR MILES^® reward miles?

Coachman Insurance Company customers can start earning reward miles on any policy with an effective date of January 1, 2007 or later. You can check your statement online at www.airmiles.ca within a few weeks of registering your policy to see your reward miles.

We have several Coachman Insurance Company products. Will we earn AIR MILES^® reward miles on the total amount of our policy premiums?

You will earn AIR MILES^® reward miles on each policy separately.

For example, if your home insurance renews in June 2007, and your automobile insurance renews in July 2007, you will receive reward miles in June on your home insurance premiums, and reward miles in July for your automobile insurance premiums.

I’m not an AIR MILES^® collector, but have Coachman Insurance Company products. Can I still sign up and earn AIR MILES^® reward miles on them?

Yes you can. Simply call 1-888-AIR-MILES or visit www.airmiles.ca to enroll in the AIR MILES^® Reward Program. Then call Coachman Insurance Company at 1-866-417-5577 to register your policy(s) and your AIR MILES^® Collector number.

I received AIR MILES^® reward miles on my Coachman Insurance Company policy, but now I have to cancel it. Do I get to keep the reward miles?

The reward miles you were issued will be pro-rated to the duration of your policy. The reward miles over and above what you earned to date will be removed. For example, your policy earned you 100 reward miles. You cancel it after 6 months, 50 reward miles will be removed from your account.

I have a question about my AIR MILES^® account (address change, supplementary/replacement cards, reward redemption etc…). Who do I talk to?
