Policy discounts

If you own a house, you may be eligible for a premium discount if:

• You haven’t had a claim for 3 years or more.
• Your age and number of years continuously insured with Coachman qualify.
• You have an approved security system.
• You install an electronic water shut-off system.
• You live in a home built in the last 15 years.
• You don’t have a mortgage on your home.
• You have an auto policy with Coachman or through your broker’s office.
• You choose a higher deductible.

If you own a condo, you may be eligible for a premium discount if:

• You haven’t had a claim for 3 years or more.
• Your age and number of years continuously insured with Coachman qualify.
• You have an approved security system.
• You have an auto policy with Coachman or through your broker’s office.
• You live above the 3rd floor.
• You live within a fire-resistive building structure.
• You choose a higher deductible.

If you rent, you may be eligible for a premium discount if:

• You haven’t had a claim for 3 years or more.
• Your age and number of years continuously insured with Coachman qualify.
• You have an approved security system.
• You have an auto policy with Coachman or through your broker’s office.
• You live above the 3rd floor.
• You live within a fire-resistive building structure.
• You choose a higher deductible.
