Policy discounts

If you own a house, you may be eligible for a premium discount if you:

• Haven’t had a claim for 3 years or more.
• Are age 40 or older.
• Have an approved security system.
• Live in a home built in the last 15 years.
• Don’t have a mortgage on your home.
• Have an auto policy with Coachman or through your broker’s office.
• Have a policy insured with Coachman for 3 or more consecutive years.
• Choose a higher deductible.

If you own a condo, you may be eligible for a premium discount if you:

• Haven’t had a claim for 3 years or more.
• Are age 40 or older.
• Have an approved security system.
• Have an auto policy with Coachman or through your broker’s office.
• Have a policy insured with Coachman for 3 or more consecutive years.
• Live above the 3rd floor.
• Live within a fire resistive building structure.
• Choose a higher deductible.

If you rent, you may be eligible for a premium discount if you:

• Haven’t had a claim for 3 years or more.
• Are age 40 or older.
• Have an approved security system.
• Have an auto policy with Coachman or through your broker’s office.
• Have a policy insured with Coachman for 3 or more consecutive years.
• Live above the 3rd floor.
• Live within a fire resistive building structure.
• Choose a higher deductible.
