As accessibility needs are dependent on customer ability, we will address accessibility requests on an individual basis in consultation with the customer directly. We will endeavor to provide the service or information in a preferred method or format. Where we cannot meet a specific request we will work with the individual to explore alternatives.

We recommend that customers who need to visit our office contact us in advance to advise of accessibility requirements. This provides our office the ability to make the necessary arrangements for your visit and/or advise of any disruptions in services (i.e.; the elevator is down temporarily).
