As accessibility needs are dependent on customer ability, we will address accessibility requests on an individual basis in consultation with the customer directly. We will try to provide the service or information in a preferred method or format. Where we cannot meet a specific request we will work with individuals to explore alternatives.

Customer’s will have an opportunity to provide feedback on how goods or services are provided to people with disabilities.
