User trend analysis

When you visit our website or use our services, some information such as your computer’s operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and the website you visited before our website is logged automatically and stored in secure log files. We report on this logged information in aggregate, in other words, no personal information is included in the reports. These reports help us understand trends in our users’ needs so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor our products and services.

Third-party services

The use of the term analytics is defined as information we collect about our websites such as length of time spent on our sites, what pages are loaded, and by what kinds of devices. This general analytic data does not identify the user directly.

Third-party applications and services are not operated or controlled by Coachman. Use of the Tools button on Coachman website pages will display a list of third-party options. Use of these tools are voluntary and will bind you to the terms of use listed on this website. You agree to let our third-party analytics tools generate statistical reports, and allow Coachman to use and collect information that is freely posted on our social media pages, such as comments or posts.

Adobe Sign: Adobe Sign is a cloud-based electronic signature service that allows you to send, sign, track and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device. Coachman uses Adobe Sign for electronically signing offer letters that are submitted from the Workday career site portal. Documents requiring signatures are stored by Adobe in the United States during the electronic signature process and once the offer letter is signed by all parties then the document is transferred from the Adobe Sign service to the Workday service hosted in Canada. Adobe Sign has met privacy and security requirements in order to deliver this service. See Adobe's General Terms of Use and the Adobe Sign Privacy Policy.

AddThis: Coachman uses AddThis as a service to allow users to share pages located on our websites. Use of this service does not require registration, and no identifiable personal information is saved. AddThis collects non-personal data for usage tracking, statistical and service quality purposes. This information is password protected and only available to Coachman staff and Coachman social media consultants. Use of the Email feature will only supply Coachman information relating to how many times a page was shared and opened, no personal information is retained. AddThis does not verify email addresses. Brightcove: Coachman uses this service to play videos on our websites for display on desktop, mobile, and tablet devices. Brightcove may collect and report non-identifiable information about video usage. This information is password protected and only available to Coachman staff and Coachman social media consultants. Google: Google services such as Analytics and Google Maps may be used to enhance service for Coachman website visitors. Google may collect and report non-identifiable information about activities on Google services. This information is password protected and only available to Coachman staff and Coachman social media consultants. HootSuite: Coachman uses HootSuite to manage social media platforms. HootSuite collects and provides data on how often shortened links are clicked and other analytics, i.e. engagement, reach, demographics, follower growth, hashtags, keyword searches, etc. See HootSuite's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Medallia:Coachman uses the Medallia customer feedback management platform to collect customer and user feedback on our websites, applications and services. In addition to your survey responses, in order to ensure the quality of data collected and avoid duplicate responses, Medallia logs your computer’s or device’s IP address, device operating system type and version, geolocation, and postal code. This information is retained by Medallia on Canadian servers, however, Medallia may access the data from the United States, Germany, Israel, India, Philippines, and Australia, in order ensure reliability of data and technical support. Medallia has met privacy and security requirements in order to deliver this service. Results from the data are password protected and only available to Coachman and Medallia staff selected to analyze the data. See Medallia’s privacy policy and terms of use.

SurveyGizmo: Coachman Insurance Company uses this service to collect user feedback on our websites, applications and services. In addition to your survey responses, in order to ensure the quality of data collected and avoid duplicate responses, SurveyGizmo and Coachman Insurance Company collect your computer’s or device’s IP address, geolocation, and the first 3 digits of the postal code. This information is retained by SurveyGizmo in the United States, as well as Coachman Insurance Company in Canada. Results are password protected and only available to staff selected to analyze the data. See SurveyGizmo’s privacy policy and terms of service.

Workday:Coachman uses Workday’s career site portal to share job opportunities and to allow candidates to apply for positions at Coachman and affiliated companies. When you visit the career site portal, we may use cookies, web beacons, tags, and scripts. You may view career opportunities without an account, but to apply for a position at Coachman you will need to create an account on the Workday career site portal. The portal requires an email address and password to authenticate your account. Additional basic contact information, such as name, email address, and phone number, is required to create your profile and for the recruitment process to work. When you submit a job application on the careers site, you will be asked to supply your resumé/CV so that we have your employment background and academic and professional qualifications in order to be considered for a position. As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, where permitted or required by law, we will ask you to provide information such as ethnicity or gender identity. We will use your contact information, such as email and telephone number, to keep in touch with you and send you relevant information throughout the course of your recruitment journey with us.
