Our customer complaint process

If you're not completely satisfied with your service or you disagree with a decision we've made, we want to know. We've built a fair complaint process to help you provide feedback on our service and policies.

To begin the process, please follow these steps in order:

  • Step 1: Contact your independent insurance broker. They will work with us on your behalf.
  • Step 2: If you're not satisfied with the response, we invite you to contact our in-house Ombudsman, who will review your case for fairness.
